HR EXECUTIVE

Job Description: As an HR Executive at a Healthcare company, your role involves various responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be responsible for providing freelancers as requested by the Customer Service Executive or Case Manager after confirming the availability of bench staff. Additionally, you will be in charge of recruiting field staff such as Registered Nurses (RN), Clinical Technicians (CT), and Assistant Nurses (AN) based on the organization's needs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide freelancers as needed by CSE/CM after bench staff availability check - Recruit field staff (RN, CT, AN) regularly as per requirements - Maintain office decorum and conduct orientation for both field and admin staff - Coordinate technical interviews for all staff members - Keep track of admin staff attendance and provide updates to the accounts team monthly for salary processing Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred - Prior experience in HR roles, particularly in recruitment and staff management, is advantageous - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Good communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR software Please send your resume to hr@ihhc.in with the Position Title and Location mentioned in the Subject Line.
