Collaborate with team leaders to define hiring needs and create accurate job descriptions. Source, screen, and interview candidates, ensuring both technical fit and cultural alignment. Maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Manage onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: At least 1 year in recruitment Technical Skills: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred but not essential. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches and leveraging social media, is a plus. Familiarity with Job portal is essential. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to engage and influence candidates and clients. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt to changing recruitment needs. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external clients.
