Job Description

Job Title: Tech Lead .NET Core + Microservices + Cloud Experience: 6 to 8 Years (Team Lead experience is a must) Role Description: Lead and oversee the development of scalable applications using .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and SQL Server. Design and implement Microservices-based architecture for modular, scalable applications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team. Ensure high-quality code through peer reviews, testing, and coding standards. Work on cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP. Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, code integration, and version control. Optimize backend performance and database design. Adopt modern development tools and AI-enhanced coding practices (e.g., GitHub Copilot). Work in Agile teams using Scrum methodology. Key Requirements: 6-8 years of experience in .NET Core, C#, SQL Server, and REST APIs Strong Microservices architecture experience Cloud exposure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience with DevOps tools, Git, CI/CD pipelines Team leadership experience is mandatory Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills Excellent communication and decision-making skills EdTech/Assessment platform experience is a plus
