Job Description

Candi should have 2 to 5 years of experience in BMC Helix Discovery

1) Assist in configuring BMC Helix Discovery scans for servers, networks, cloud and applications

2) Monitor discovery scan results and outposts servers health

3) Troubleshoot basic issues related to network access, credentials and scan failures

4) Support CI data quality and data sync in CMDB

5) Collaborate with IT infra teams to ensure successful discovery of new infrastructure or applications

6) Good understanding of CMDB concepts

7) Good understanding of ITIL processes

8) Basic understanding of Linux OS, networking fundamentals

9) Write or modify TPL patterns to discover custom applications

10) Ensure compliance with audit requirements

Soft Skills:-

1) Good problem solving and analytical skills

2) Clear verbal and written communication

3) Ability to work collaboratively with infrastructure and application teams

4) Strong willingness to learn new concepts
