Job Description

    Manage the

    end-to-end recruitment process

    for India offices, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Onboarding & Induction

    Conduct joining formalities, onboarding programs, and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
  • HR Operations

    Maintain and update employee personnel files, leave & attendance records, and HR databases accurately.
  • Payroll Management

    Assist in monthly payroll processing; ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as

    PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Income Tax

    .
  • Performance Management

    Support the appraisal process, KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.
  • Training & Development

    Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement

    Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and staff welfare events.
  • Compliance & Documentation

    Ensure adherence to

    Labour Laws, HR policies, and statutory norms

    .
  • Participate in

    HR process improvements

    and transformation projects.
  • Handle

    ad-hoc HR tasks

    as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience

    in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
  • Good knowledge of HR operations and Indian employment laws.
  • Good knowledge of

    Employment Laws in India

    .
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in

    HRIS software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

    .
  • High level of

    integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism

    .
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

1-3 years of experience in the HR field, along with good knowledge of HR operations and Indian employment laws
