(Job Summary) The candidate must have hands-on experience in at least two to three areas of the window industry, such as AutoCAD, windowmaker, understanding window sections, etc. Key Individual Accountabilities; Strategic ; Should be good at product understanding, Team handling, and Communication. Financial; Achieving targets related to quality, and productivity. People Orientation; To achieve the goals, one must have a strong understanding of the technical aspects of our industry, such as knowledge of wind load calculations, structural strengthening of windows, cutting calculations, estimation, Window Maker software, AutoCAD, and related training Knowledge of MS Excel, Word etc Glass Selection and Specification Knowledge of different types of glass (laminated, tempered, insulated) and selecting the correct glass based on wind pressure and safety needs. Aluminum System Knowledge Familiarity with different aluminum profiles and their structural properties (especially important for window systems and facade designs). Thermal and Acoustic Performance Ability to evaluate U-values, SHGC (Solar Heat Gain Coefficient), and acoustic ratings for window assemblies. Quantity Take-off and Material Optimization Advanced skills in calculating exact material requirements to reduce wastage and optimize cost during estimation. Project Management Basics Understanding project flow from shop drawings to fabrication to installation phases and coordinating with multiple teams.• Cutting Layout Optimization Knowledge of optimizing cutting layouts to minimize wastage of glass, aluminum, and gaskets. Awareness of air-water-structural testing procedures and how window systems are tested for performance. Functional : Must be Aware & hands on with Window maker, Auto-cad, team handling.
