Role Overview:

Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Support the HR team in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives, including social media engagement and content creation.
• Provide administrative support in recruitment-related activities.
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives as required.

Requirements:

• Note: Laptop/Desktop and Internet must be available.

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate can apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
