Job Title: Business Development Officer Industry: Staffing & Recruitment Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat Reports to: Recruitment Head Experience Required: 25 years in Staffing/Manpower Solutions Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition, relationship management, and revenue growth in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR outsourcing, contract staffing, and recruitment solutions, with a proven track record in B2B sales. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment sector. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Heads, Procurement Managers, CXOs). Pitch staffing solutions including temporary staffing, permanent recruitment, payroll outsourcing, and managed services. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and client needs. Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client's business. Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate sales records and reports using CRM tools. Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to build brand presence. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field. 2–5 years of relevant experience in B2B sales, preferably in the staffing or HR services industry. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, staffing models, and client servicing. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred: Experience with sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, IT, or retail staffing. Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to manpower outsourcing.
