Role & responsibilities Expand network in district Develop new Distributors and dealers. Responsible for timely Collection in territory. Providing annual marketing plan with monthly breakup and submitting all the required reports to the Area Manager. Execute key promotional campaigns to enable achievement of objectives and measure its effectiveness Implement strategy for the assigned distributor network. Ability to draw customer engagement plans Needed only Pump and Pipe industry. Preferred candidate profile Capable of implementing companys vision and mission Product presentation & persuasion skill, Passionate for market research & business development activities and aggression for sales, Liaison and networking skills, Ability to gather competitors information, Compassion for extensively travelling and meeting people Email etiquettes technology savvy and reporting skills.
