Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and scheduling interviews.
  • Screen applicants, conduct background checks, and manage the offer negotiation process.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Employee Lifecycle Management:
  • Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Oversee annual employee review procedures and performance appraisals.
  • Manage the termination process and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.
  • Policy & Compliance:
  • Develop and update HR policies to ensure alignment with company values and labor laws.
  • Ensure employee compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design and manage employee compensation and benefits packages.
  • Develop and administer bonus and referral programs.
  • Employee Engagement & Development:
  • Organize training programs and career development opportunities for employees.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events, social activities, and wellness programs to boost morale.
  • Counsel employees on various HR-related issues and concerns.
  • HR Operations:
  • Draft offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documents.
  • Maintain and update the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
  • Manage workplace safety issues and complaints.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A strong understanding of labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software and systems for managing employee data.
  • The ability to strategically plan and contribute to shaping company culture and employee retention.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
