HR Executive

Job Description: We are currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to become a valuable part of our expanding real estate team in Ahmedabad. As an HR Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Your responsibilities will include managing various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR administration. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and facilitating onboarding procedures. - Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records to ensure compliance and consistency. - Manage statutory compliance matters such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other legal requirements. - Coordinate and implement employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities to promote a positive work environment. - Support performance management and appraisal processes to enhance employee productivity and development. - Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies and procedures promptly and effectively. - Ensure a seamless offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlement procedures efficiently. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is required. - Minimum of 13 years of relevant HR experience, preferably within the Real Estate industry. - Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices to ensure regulatory compliance. - Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRMS software for effective HR management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels. - Strong organizational abilities and problem-solving skills to handle diverse HR tasks effectively. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a day shift schedule. The expected salary range is between 18,000 to 30,000 per month, depending on the candidate's experience level.
