we are dealing with 600 clients as of now. We have Head Office

In Mumbai and other branches include Delhi, Ahmedabad,

Bangalore, Pune and Hyderabad.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Executive with 2 years of experience in handling end-to-end HR functions. The role requires managing recruitment, employee engagement, payroll coordination, compliance, and performance management while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring).
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction programs, and documentation for new employees.
  • Employee Engagement & Relations
  • Conduct engagement activities to boost morale and culture.
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
  • Assist in performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
  • Payroll & Attendance
  • Maintain attendance, leaves, and support payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with accounts for salary disbursement and deductions.
  • Compliance & Policies
  • Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
  • Maintain HR records, employee files, and HRIS.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Training & Development
  • Identify training needs in consultation with managers.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • General Administration
  • Support HR operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of HR processes.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and MIS for management.

Key Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office & HR software/HRIS.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in HR generalist role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
