Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HR Executive located in Pune. The HR Executive will be responsible for daily HR management and operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with human resources standards. The role requires efficiently coordinating between departments, addressing employee concerns, and contributing to a positive work environment.

• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is beneficial
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
