Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
* Manage the recruitment and selection process including initial assessments, interviews, and offers and lead them on board.
* Leveraging social media, job boards, Internet and other sourcing means for available vacancies.
* utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates
⚫ coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates
* Preparing candidates for interviews by providing relevant information about company, culture and interview process
* Build and develop team of recruiters, maintaining optimal team size.
* Proven experience of end to end recruitment and managing team within recruitment.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies; analyze market trends; forecast hiring needs.
* Team Leadership: Mentor and develop recruiters; set goals; foster a collaborative culture.
* Talent Sourcing: Oversee active sourcing on LinkedIn and other platforms; manage mass mailing and job posting campaigns.
