Job Description

Job Title: HR Executive
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan
Experience Required: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Manage employee lifecycle – joining formalities, induction, exit formalities.
  • Maintain employee records and HR database.
  • Support payroll processing by sharing attendance and leave data.
  • Coordinate performance management and appraisal process.
  • Manage employee engagement activities and grievance handling.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in training & development initiatives.
  • Support senior HR in day-to-day operations.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
  • Familiar with HRMS / HR software.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and employee relations management.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws & compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2 years of proven experience as HR Executive/HR Generalist.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,785.27 - ₹25,108.86 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
