Job Overview:

We are seeking energetic and confident individuals to join our solar marketing team. As a Door-to-Door Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to homeowners, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and generating leads for our sales and installation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit residential areas daily to promote solar panel solutions
• Explain basic solar concepts, savings, and government benefits to potential customers
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for technical assessments or sales visits
• Distribute flyers, brochures, and promotional material
• Collect basic customer information and maintain lead records
• Report daily activity and feedback to the marketing supervisor
• Represent the company professionally and build customer trust

Requirements:

• 10th/12th pass or graduate (Any stream)
• Strong communication skills in Hindi , English and Local language
• Confident, energetic, and target-driven
• Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with people
• Basic understanding of solar (training will be provided)
• Two-wheeler (preferred, not mandatory)
• Willing to travel to places near jaipur for marketing
