Workshop Supervisor

• Staff Supervision & Management:
• Direct, motivate, and supervise workshop technicians and other staff.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team goals are met.
• Provide on-the-job coaching, training, and feedback.
• Manage disciplinary or performance issues, following company procedures.
• Operational Oversight:
• Ensure smooth and safe operation of the workshop.
• Oversee daily operations and implement workflow initiatives to improve efficiency.
• Plan and manage maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Quality & Safety:
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, manufacturers' guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workshop environment.
• Ensure proper handling, upkeep, and maintenance of tools and equipment.
• Resource Management:
• Manage inventory, order parts, and maintain stock levels.
• Liaise with suppliers for quotes and manage procurement of necessary materials.
• Input data into workshop management software and maintain accurate records.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Skills:Strong diagnostic and technical skills related to the workshop's specific industry.
• Leadership & Communication:Ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with a team.
• Organizational Skills:Strong ability to prioritize work, plan, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Safety Awareness:Thorough knowledge of safety regulations and the ability to implement safety procedures.
• Experience:Typically requires a relevant trade qualification and several years of hands-on industry experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
