Automobile Technician

• An Automobile Technician diagnoses, repairs, and maintains vehicles by performing inspections, replacing worn parts, and conducting routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations. Key duties involve using diagnostic equipment to identify issues in engine, electrical, brake, and suspension systems, then performing repairs and completing paperwork to verify work. Essential skills include mechanical expertise, attention to detail, diagnostic proficiency, and effective communication with customers and colleagues to ensure vehicle safety and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
• Diagnosis and Inspection:Identify issues using diagnostic tools and perform safety and emissions inspections to diagnose problems with vehicle systems.

• Mechanical Skills: Strong knowledge and practical ability to work on various vehicle systems.
• Diagnostic Ability: Proficiency with diagnostic equipment and software to identify vehicle faults.

• Repairs and Maintenance:Repair or replace components in the engine, brake, electrical, transmission, and HVAC systems, and conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Customer Communication:Explain vehicle problems and necessary repairs to customers, provide accurate estimates, and offer advice on vehicle maintenance.
• Documentation and Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and legible records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.
• Workshop Upkeep:Keep the service area clean, organized, and safe, and maintain tools and equipment.
• Quality Assurance:Conduct road tests to confirm repairs are successful and that the vehicle is running efficiently and safely.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
