Job Description

Education Required :- Candidates with the following qualifications are encouraged to apply: BBA B.Com MBA (HR preferred) Role Overview We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to support daily HR operations, manage employee lifecycle activities, coordinate with internal/external stakeholders, and ensure smooth administrative processes. The role will also involve vendor coordination and bill reconciliation. Roles & Responsibilities :- 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Manage end-to-end hiring including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts. Maintain job postings, recruitment trackers, and candidate communication. Handle onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee orientation. 2. Employee Records & HR Operations Maintain accurate HR records, personnel files, and HRMS updates. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and generate monthly HR reports. Coordinate employee confirmations, exit formalities, and internal communications. 3. Payroll Support Collect and validate attendance data, leave inputs, and other payroll elements. Coordinate with accounts/finance teams for timely and accurate payroll processing. 4. Employee Engagement & Support Execute employee engagement activities, welfare programs, and internal events. Handle employee queries on HR policies, attendance, salary components, etc. 5. Compliance & Policy Implementation Assist with statutory compliance, audits, and policy communication. Ensure proper documentation aligned with labor law requirements. 6. Performance Management Support Coordinate appraisal cycles, evaluation forms, and follow-ups with departments. Maintain performance records and support goal-setting processes. 7. Vendor Management & Bill Reconciliation Manage contracts, renewals, service delivery follow-ups, and issue resolution. Handle bill verification, reconciliation, and ensure timely submission to the finance team. Maintain vendor trackers, invoices, and documentation for audits. Key Skills Required :- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Strong coordination and follow-up ability Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor regulations Proficiency in MS Office & HR tools Analytical mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines Experience Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of HR experience are encouraged to apply.
