SUMMARY HR Coordinator Job Description We are in search of a proficient HR Coordinator to become a part of our team in Mumbai. The perfect candidate must hold a degree and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator capacity, along with exceptional communication abilities and advanced proficiency in Excel. The responsibilities include carrying out audits, engaging with diverse stakeholders, participating in onboarding procedures, and generating reports. The candidate should be open to working night shifts and should possess a strong command of the English language. Requirements Requirements: A degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role Outstanding communication skills Competency in recruitment processes Immediate availability is preferred Capable of working 5 days a week with 2 days off Additional Information Salary: Up to 30,000 INR monthly CTC Shift: Rotational night shift with 2 days off Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of 10 days notice Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR coordinator role with excellent communication and advanced Excel knowledge Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience Eligibility: Candidates must be staying in Mumbai city. While this is a contract role, exceptional performance may lead to onboarding on the client's payroll. Benefits Laptop and other assets will be provided by company P.F+ E.S.I + Others facility.
