SUMMARY HR Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a skilled HR Coordinator to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role, possessing excellent communication skills and advanced Excel knowledge. The role involves conducting audits, interacting with various stakeholders, participating in onboarding processes, and preparing reports. The candidate should be flexible to work night shifts and must have a good command of English. Requirements Graduation with at least 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in recruitment processes Immediate availability is preferred Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 days off Additional Information Salary: Up to 30,000 INR monthly CTC Shift: Rotational night shift with 2 days off Notice Period: Immediate joiners or a maximum of 10 days notice Qualification: Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR coordinator role with excellent communication and advanced Excel knowledge Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience Eligibility: Candidates must be staying in Mumbai city. While this is a contract role, exceptional performance may lead to onboarding on the client's payroll. --- Requirements Requirements: Graduation with at least 1 year of experience in an HR coordinator role Exceptional communication skills Proficiency in recruitment processes Immediate availability is preferred Ability to work 5 days a week with 2 days off Benefits Laptop and other assets will be provided by company P.F+ E.S.I + Others facility.
