HR Coordinator

We are urgently looking for Passionate, dynamic professional in Human Resources to join our team as HR-Coordinator.

The job description is:

Key Responsibilities:

• Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with HR Manager & accounts team.
• Assist in Learning & Development initiatives and training programs.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Manage HRMS and maintain leave records.

• Assist in recruitment for positions as per business required

• Manage conflicts & assist in performance management

• Coordinate closely with the HR Manager for HR, IR & overall compliance

• Timely report generation & working as per department KPIs

• Maintain documentation for audits and internal HR policies.
• Conduct trainings for employees & Liaise with external agencies for trainings.

• Act as a strong link between employees and business

• Manage people & culture of organisation

Qualifications & Skills:

• Post Graduate with min 5years of HR operations & admin experience
• Experience with payroll and HRMS tools

• Experience with policy making & implementation

• Team player, good communication and coordination with stakeholders
• Proficient in MS Office & basic computer skills
• Multi-tasking, flexible and Strong presentation skills

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kanchad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,706.49 - ₹45,661.86 per month
