Conduct and support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO, FSSAI) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Train, mentor, and manage a team of QA professionals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, Procurement, R&D, and Sales to maintain quality standards. Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG) to ensure timely availability and quality compliance. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a food manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP , and regulatory compliance in the food industry. Proven leadership experience in managing QA/QC teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in using QA tools, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
