HR Coordinator

As an HR Assistant at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting various HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and facilitating new hire onboarding and orientation programs. - Maintaining accurate employee records, both digital and physical, and updating HRIS systems with new hire information, terminations, and employee changes. - Ensuring all employee documentation is compliant with company policies. - Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures and handling general employee queries related to HR processes. - Coordinating performance review cycles, collecting feedback, and organizing employee engagement activities and events. - Assisting in internal communication initiatives, newsletters, and fostering a positive work environment and employee morale. - Helping in ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, preparing HR reports, analytics, supporting audits, and documentation processes.
