Job Title: Human Resources Executive / HR Generalist

Location: Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai-400059

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, on boarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on boarding new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Coordinate and execute on boarding and exit formalities.
• Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of attendance and leave data.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, appointment letters, and other official documents.
• Manage employee engagement activities and internal communication.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support performance appraisal and training initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist role.
• Good understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
