Do Project Planning including creating baseline project plan and update plan on a weekly basis. Create a draft Steering committee deck listing down accomplishments, project status overview, budget to cost, key action items and help requested. Distribute the Steering committee deck internally at least 3 working days prior to the Steering Committee meeting with the customer.
