Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Senior Inside Sales Associate to lead sales efforts at Alkemy Edtech. In this role, you will qualify and convert company-provided leads into sales for our transformative educational offerings, while mentoring junior team members. With a six-day work week, youll drive revenue growth, uphold our commitment to excellence, and contribute to our mission of enhancing employability through education.Key Responsibilities: Qualify and engage company-provided leads through phone calls, emails, and other channels, assessing their needs and aligning them with Alkemy Edtech’s courses and workshops. Present and pitch our educational solutions to prospective clients (institutions, businesses, and individuals), closing deals to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. Mentor and guide junior sales associates, sharing best practices to improve lead conversion rates and team performance. Manage and prioritize the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking and updates in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to overcome objections, build trust, and secure repeat business or referrals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide insights from client interactions, enhancing lead quality and offerings. Maintain a deep understanding of Alkemy Edtech’s programs to effectively communicate their value to diverse audiences.Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or telesales, with a proven track record of qualifying leads and closing deals (EdTech or education sector experience preferred). Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring or training team members to achieve sales goals. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills (proficiency in English required; additional languages a plus). Expertise in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce) for pipeline management and performance tracking. Results-driven mindset with a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Passion for education and technology, aligning with Alkemy Edtech’s mission to empower learners.
