Overview
The Talent Management area is responsible for attraction, selection, development and retention of employees. It also includes workforce planning, employee engagement, learning and development, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, succession and retention.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
As an HR Coordinator at TNS, you will provide HR services in India in the HR Business Partnership and Recruiting, including but not limited to:
1. HR Business Partnering

Provide HR Business Partnering support to local managers and employees, addressing
-
HR-related queries and offering guidance on policies and procedures.

Support on employee relations and performance management.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless HR
-
operations.

Engage with external vendors and partners for HR-related services.
2. Recruitment
-
Recruiting is strategically aligned with the TNS vision and HR vision and is viewed as a valued business partner/extension of the business.

Responsible for the full cycle recruiting from end to end in India
-
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to deliver against immediate priorities
-
Cultivate relationships with candidates and specific talent pools, defined according to business initiatives
-
Own and maintain hiring/recruiting systems - Workday and online job boards, including LinkedIn and local job sites

Develop and manage an unsurpassed candidate experience - from the first contact to successful hire
-
Collaborate effectively with internal team (HR, IT, Facilities) to ensure a high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates

Source candidates proactively, screen relevant candidates, present candidates to hiring managers and provide coaching on talent assessment, make hiring recommendations

Create and present offer recommendations to hiring managers, extend offers, and manage offer negotiations

3. Employee Benefits Wellness

Manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and organizational policies

Plan and execute wellness initiatives to promote a healthy and engaging workplace culture.
4. HR Administration
5. HRIS (Workday) Support:
-
Provide guidance and support for Workday-related queries from employees and managers and direct them to the HR Systems Support team for complex issues.

Support HR processes by ensuring accurate and timely data entry into Workday, including employee lifecycle changes such as onboarding, transfers, and terminations.

Collaborate with the HR Systems Support team to escalate system-related issues and assist in communicating updates or changes in Workday processes to relevant stakeholders.
Experience / Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of relevant experience and/or Relevant HR Qualifications Certificate / Diploma/ Degree.

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and HR practices
-
Proven expertise in HR management, including recruitment, HR administration, performance management, employee relationships, and wellness activities
-
Experience with the use of applicant tracking software and HR databases. Experience with Workday is highly regarded
-
Excellent communication, both verbal and in writing, and strong interpersonal skills
-
Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
-
Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities, A can-do attitude with a proactive and adaptable approach
