Job Description

Autism Center of Excellence, based in Durham, North Carolina, is a leading autism therapy provider delivering high-quality ABA services to children aged 2–16 in a supportive, family-centered environment.

We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator (Night Shift) to support and scale our India operations. This role is ideal for someone who is self-driven, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and can independently manage end-to-end HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle the full employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Develop, implement, and enhance HR policies, SOPs, and processes aligned with Indian labor laws.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, compliance forms, and employee files.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and statutory activities (PF, ESIC, compliance filings) with finance and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, track key metrics, and ensure documentation readiness for audits.
  • Partner with leadership on organization development, workforce planning, and process improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • Willingness to work the Night Shift (US hours).
  • 2–3 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years managing responsibilities independently or in a senior role.
  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting remote or distributed teams.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms (Zoho People, Keka, Darwinbox).
  • Prior experience in startups or fast-growing environments.
  • Familiarity with AI/automation tools such as Zoho Recruit, ChatGPT, Notion, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
