Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Destination Hotels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong background in human resources.

Roles and Responsibility

Coordinate and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR-related matters, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including employee data and compliance documents.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of HR initiatives and programs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience in an HR coordination role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with HR software and systems, including recruitment tools and performance management platforms.
