Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, your role involves undertaking a variety of HR administrative duties to support the talent acquisition and HR Operation team. Your responsibilities include: - Coordinating end-to-end background verification checks for new joiners. - Liaising with third-party vendors and agencies to initiate and track background screening processes. - Verifying candidates" employment history, educational documents, identity proof, address, criminal records, and other relevant credentials. - Maintaining regular follow-up with candidates for necessary documentation and clarification. - Ensuring timely completion and accuracy of background verification reports. - Maintaining proper documentation and confidential records of verification results. - Escalating discrepancies or red flags to the HR Manager. - Collaborating with the recruitment and HR operations to ensure smooth onboarding of verified candidates. - Ensuring all verifications are compliant with organizational policies and relevant legal guidelines. - Generating periodic reports on verification status and closures. - Sharing any feedback or gaps with the vendor. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. - Performing periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. - Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records. - Acting as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers and vendors. Qualifications required for this role include: - Masters in HR or Bachelors in HR in human resources with experience will be ideal. - A minimum of 2 years of experience in background verification processes is a must. - 1+ years of experience in HR operations, especially in background verification. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage confidential information discreetly. - Familiarity with verification platforms and HRMS tools [Oracle, workday, or SAP HCM] is an advantage. - Proficient with Microsoft Office software. This role operates during India Standard hours and requires you to be in the office for 5 days a week.,
