HR Coordinator

You are motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Your key responsibilities will include scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, providing feedback to candidates, and staying updated on industry trends for effective sourcing strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in career fairs and recruitment events, and coordinate with various departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. You should have experience in sourcing, bulk hiring, campus hiring, handling calls, and clients. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 6 months of experience or any internship experience in recruitment, MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management), good communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of HR processes, and Canva designing skills (basic creative ability). This is a full-time position located in Chennai.
