HR Coordinator

As an HR Coordinator at our company based in Jaipur, you will play a vital role in supporting the human resources department. Your attention to detail and motivation will be key in assisting with various HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, record keeping, and HR administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. - Coordinate the onboarding and orientation of new employees. - Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. - Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. - Handle employee queries and provide assistance in resolving issues. - Organize employee engagement activities and internal events to foster a positive work environment. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. - Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, confirmation letters, and notices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in an HR or administrative role. - Knowledge of HR functions and best practices. - Good understanding of labor laws and HR compliance. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
