HR Coordinator

HR Coordinator ( Preferably Local)

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Hilton Garden Inn. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field.

• Coordinate and manage recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
• Manage employee data, including benefits administration and compliance with labor laws.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide support to employees on various HR-related matters, including onboarding and training.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee data and attendance.

• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, including recruitment, employee engagement, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office and other HR software applications, including payroll systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
