Description Recooty is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Sales Account Executive to join our Sales team in the Human Resources/HR industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales of our SaaS products in the US market. This is a full-time position based on-site in Indore, offering the opportunity to work closely with clients and contribute to the growth of our business. If you are passionate about sales and eager to excel in a dynamic environment, we would love to have you on board! Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the US market Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs Present and demonstrate our SaaS products to potential customers Negotiate and close sales deals to meet and exceed targets Collaborate with the Sales team to develop effective sales strategies Requirements: Prior experience in sales, preferably in SaaS sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Comfortable to work in the US shifts.
