SaaS Sales Executive

Recooty is searching for a dynamic Associate SaaS Sales Executive to be a part of our Sales team within the Human Resources/HR sector. This full-time position is located on-site in Indore. Being a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will involve boosting revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our SaaS solutions to potential clients. If you possess a passion for sales, a comprehensive understanding of SaaS products, and excel in a target-oriented environment, we eagerly welcome you to join our team! Your key responsibilities will include identifying and assessing leads to create new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing and explaining SaaS solutions to prospective customers, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals to achieve sales objectives. Furthermore, you will collaborate with the marketing team to craft effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS industry, a proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets, exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, a solid grasp of SaaS products along with the capability to elucidate their value proposition, the capacity to work autonomously as well as part of a team, and a driven, self-motivated, results-driven mindset.
