SaaS Sales Executive

As a SaaS Sales Executive at Pickcel, you will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, guiding them through the sales process. Your responsibilities will include engaging with leads, conducting technical product demos, understanding client requirements, managing the sales pipeline efficiently, and negotiating pricing and contract terms to drive successful conversions. You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to improve positioning and gather client feedback. It is essential to maintain accurate records in the CRM system and track sales progress while engaging with clients globally across different regions. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic engagement and consultative selling. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or software solution selling with proven experience in working with inbound leads. Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication and presentation skills, solid negotiation and deal-closing skills, and proficiency in CRM tools are necessary. A self-driven, goal-oriented individual with a Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred) would be well-suited for this role. Key skills required for this position include B2B SaaS Sales & Consultative Selling, Technical Product Demonstrations, Inbound Lead Management & Sales Pipeline Handling, Negotiation & Deal Closing, CRM & Sales Process Optimization, Global Client Communication, and Channel Partner Development (Preferred). Experience in End-to-End Sales Lifecycle Management from Lead Generation to Closure is also preferred.,
