Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven SaaS Sales Executive who can manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and close deals for our product. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound & outbound follow-ups with leads and prospects
  • Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition clearly
  • Work closely with prospects to understand their requirements
  • Maintain pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely closures
  • Coordinate with internal teams (support/tech/product) if needed
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM updates and follow disciplined sales processes
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers to ensure conversions
  • Prepare daily/weekly updates for the management team

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in SaaS / software sales
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations
  • Experience in doing product demos
  • Comfortable with CRM tools & sales tracking
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles
  • Experience in selling sales productivity or CRM products
  • Knowledge of the Indian SME market
  • Ability to manage accounts post-sale (basic customer success)
