Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven SaaS Sales Executive with 1 to 6 years of experience who can manage follow-ups, nurture leads, and close deals for our product. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in software sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert prospects into customers.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Handle all inbound and outbound follow-ups with leads and prospects to ensure timely closures.
  • Conduct product demos and explain the value proposition clearly to potential customers.
  • Work closely with prospects to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain pipelines, track progress, and ensure timely closures to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (support/tech/product) if needed to resolve customer queries.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by building strong relationships with potential customers.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year proven experience in SaaS or software sales with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively communicate with potential customers.
  • Ability to handle follow-ups, objections, and negotiations to close deals.
  • Experience in doing product demos and providing technical support to customers.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and sales tracking to maintain accurate records.
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good understanding of B2B sales cycles and experience in selling sales productivity or CRM products.
  • Knowledge of the Indian SME market and ability to manage accounts post-sale (basic customer success).
