HR Coordinator

As the Human Resources Coordinator, your primary responsibilities include: - Managing all hotel staff-related tasks - Ensuring timely submission and approval of necessary documents - Scheduling physical check-ups for successful candidates - Preparing employment agreements and coordinating staff uniform arrangements - Keeping staff information updated and organized - Ensuring staff receive full benefits and welfare - Handling confirmation letters for promotions, transfers, and work certifications - Overseeing time attendance reports and conducting random checks - Capturing staff photos and processing ID cards - Supporting staff engagement activities In terms of administrative responsibilities, you are expected to: - Continuously develop yourself - Understand HR policies to assist others effectively - Control office expenses and promote resource conservation - Maintain grooming standards and office cleanliness - Establish effective communication practices - Perform any other duties as assigned Other expectations include: - Continuous learning through Individual Development Plans (IDP) - Representing the company's brand and values - Fully embracing the company's culture and leading by example Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or related field - Minimum 1 year of practical experience in HR administrative functions (fresh graduates are welcome) - Proficiency in written and spoken English - Computer literacy and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills You will also be accountable for upholding the company's brand and values, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and promoting Thai graciousness.
