HR Coordinator

As an experienced female HR Coordinator, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Assisting the HR manager in various stages of recruitments. - Hiring different marketing professionals through various channels as per the requirement. - Effectively coordinating them in the field to create potential leads. - Reviewing resumes and screening candidates. - Scheduling interviews by coordinating with candidates. - Planning and overseeing new joiners. It is mandatory for you to have your own laptop. The salary range for this position is between 10k to 21k. As an ideal candidate for this position, you should meet the following requirements: - Candidates with a bachelor's degree in technical education or MBA are preferred. - At least 1 year of experience in handling operations, logistics, and manpower is required. - Representative skill with communication potential. - Excellent organization skills.
