HR Coordinator

**Job Description:** As an HR Manager, your role will involve managing end-to-end recruitment for technical, research, sales, and support teams. You will be responsible for handling employee onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation. Additionally, you will conduct training & development programs to improve skills and knowledge among the employees. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating and implementing performance evaluation systems and review processes - Handling employee engagement activities such as team building, events, and celebrations - Developing and implementing employee retention strategies to reduce attrition - Addressing employee grievances and maintaining a positive work environment - Supporting and enforcing company policies, code of conduct, and discipline - Coordinating with Admin, Accounts, and Technical teams for smooth operations - Ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR best practices - Preparing regular HR reports and updates for management - Promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and growth - Guiding and supporting team leads and managers on HR-related matters - Handling internal communication and maintaining transparency with employees **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to handle employee relations and conflict resolution effectively Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a day shift schedule. In addition to the base salary, performance bonuses, quarterly bonuses, and yearly bonuses are provided. The work location is in person.,
