Job Description

As a Human Resources Coordinator at the hotel, your primary responsibilities will include: - Handling all hotel staff-related tasks, including ensuring the receipt of necessary documents such as personal requisitions and promotion forms, getting them signed by management for approval, recording, and filing - Scheduling physical checkups for successful candidates and preparing employment agreements and physical checkup forms - Coordinating with the Linen room for staff uniforms and setting up lockers for new staff - Keeping staff information up to date and filed appropriately - Ensuring staff receive their full benefits and welfare - Preparing confirmation letters for promotions, transfers, and work certifications - Managing time attendance reports, conducting random checks on staff attendance and leave requests, and reporting to HRD - Taking photos of new staff and processing staff ID cards - Assisting and supporting in staff engagement activities In terms of administrative responsibilities, you will be expected to: - Continuously develop yourself - Understand HR policies to assist others efficiently - Control office expenses and promote resource conservation - Maintain grooming standards - Conserve energy, water, and manage waste effectively - Establish two-way communication and encourage the practice among colleagues - Ensure office tidiness and cleanliness - Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors Other expectations include: - Continuous learning through Individual Development Plan (IDP) - Adherence to Dusit's brand representation and values - Embracing the company's culture, vision, mission, and values - Ensuring confidentiality and secure storage of intellectual property and databases The job requirements are as follows: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Hotel Management, or a related field - Minimum of 1 year practical experience in HR administrative functions (fresh graduates are welcome) - Good English communication skills (written and spoken) - Computer literacy - Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills You will be an integral part of representing Dusit's brand values, delivering exceptional guest experiences, promoting Thai graciousness, and upholding confidentiality in all aspects of your role.,
