HR Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Operations Coordinator, your role involves providing administrative support to the talent acquisition and HR operation team. Your responsibilities include coordinating end-to-end background verification checks for new joiners, liaising with third-party vendors for screening processes, verifying candidates" credentials, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal guidelines. You will also collaborate with recruitment and HR operations for smooth onboarding, generate reports on verification status, and maintain HR files and records accurately. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate background verification checks for new joiners - Liaise with third-party vendors for screening processes - Verify candidates" credentials and maintain documentation - Ensure compliance with organizational policies and legal guidelines - Collaborate with recruitment and HR operations for smooth onboarding - Generate reports on verification status - Maintain accurate HR files and records - Act as a liaison between the organization and external benefits providers Qualifications Required: - Masters or Bachelors in HR with relevant experience - Minimum of 2 years of background verification experience - 1+ years of HR operations experience, especially in background verification - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage confidential information discreetly - Familiarity with verification platforms and HRMS tools is an advantage - Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Please note that this role requires you to work in the office for 5 days a week during India Standard hours.,
