Kitchen Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities will include maintaining all machines in good condition, conducting preventive maintenance on all motors, keeping detailed maintenance records of machines and motors, fulfilling repair work orders, ensuring proper lighting in general areas, preparing diary reports for the Assistant Chief Engineer, attending meetings as directed, and promptly informing the Assistant Chief Engineer of all departmental updates. Additionally, you will be expected to engage in continuous learning through your Individual Development Plan (IDP) and perform any other duties as assigned by your superiors. Accountability is key as you represent the values of Dusit's brand, establish relationships, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the essence of Thai graciousness. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Technical College degree, have a minimum of 6 years of direct experience in kitchen engineering within the hotel industry, and be able to communicate effectively in basic English.,
