Job Title: Business Development Executive
We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a background in sales or technical domains and must possess excellent communication and presentation skills. You will be responsible for generating leads, scheduling meetings with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and converting prospects into clients for our Website Development and Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Generate and schedule client meetings (online/offline)
Conduct product/service presentations and clearly explain offerings
Understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly
Maintain and update Google Sheets
Follow up diligently to close deals
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Collaborate with internal technical teams for proposal preparation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any stream (technical background preferred)
Proven experience in sales or client acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confident personality with a persuasive approach
Understanding of websites, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
