Key Responsibilities: General Responsibilities: Provide continuous medical coverage for inpatients and emergencies. Assess and manage patients under the guidance of senior consultants. Handle medical emergencies across departments including ER, labor room, pediatric ICU, and wards. Maintain patient records including admission notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries. Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and infection control guidelines. In Gynecology: · Monitor labor room cases and assist in deliveries and cesarean sections. · Manage antenatal, postnatal, and gynecological emergencies. · Support consultants in operative procedures and patient care. In Pediatrics: Respond to pediatric emergencies including respiratory distress, febrile seizures, and dehydration. Monitor NICU and PICU patients. Assist in immunizations, routine pediatric check-ups, and developmental assessments. In Emergency Department: Perform initial assessment and stabilization of emergency patients (trauma, cardiac, respiratory, etc.). Initiate emergency management and coordinate diagnostics and referrals. Ensure quick triage, timely interventions, and effective communication with specialists. Qualifications: MBBS / BAMS / BHMS from a recognized institution. Valid registration with Medical Council/Board. 1–3 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably with exposure to gynecology, pediatrics, or emergency care.
