BDE (Business Development Executive)

You will play a key role in growing Acadis Hospital's reach by identifying new referral sources and building strategic relationships. As a Business Development Executive, your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the healthcare and corporate wellness sectors. - Building and managing relationships with physicians, clinics, insurance providers, employers, and other referral sources. - Promoting hospital services and specialties through presentations, networking, and outreach campaigns. - Developing and executing territory-specific business development plans. - Coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional onboarding and continuity of care for referred patients. - Monitoring and analyzing referral patterns, market trends, and competitive activity. - Preparing reports and updates for hospital leadership on growth metrics and opportunities. - Representing the hospital at industry events, conferences, health camps, and community outreach programs. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. - 1+ years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. - Strong understanding of hospital operations, referral dynamics, and healthcare marketing. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Proven ability to achieve growth targets and manage stakeholder relationships. - Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital outreach platforms. - Knowledge of the local healthcare landscape and regulatory considerations is a plus.
