Cross-Functional Collaboration – Coordinate with development, marketing, and finance teams for project execution. Revenue Growth Strategies – Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Customer Success Oversight – Address client concerns and ensure high service satisfaction. Market Analysis & Adaptation – Adjust strategies based on market trends and competitor insights. Performance Goals/ KPI Client Retention Rate – Maintain and improve long-term client relationships with a high retention rate. Revenue Growth – Increase revenue from assigned accounts through upselling and cross-selling. New Business Acquisition – Successfully onboard new clients and expand the customer base. Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT) – Ensure high client satisfaction through effective account management. Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Contract Renewal Rate – Ensure a high percentage of contract renewals with existing clients. Response Time & Issue Resolution – Address client inquiries and resolve issues within a set timeframe. Market & Competitor Analysis Reports – Provide timely insights on market trends and competitor activities. CRM Data Accuracy & Usage – Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
