Freshers (Python)

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in the development and maintenance of Python-based applications.

 Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under supervision.

 Collaborate with senior developers and team members in a fast-paced environment.

 Participate in code reviews, learning sessions, and internal training programs.

 Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems as required.

 Learn and implement best practices in software development, version control, and testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or final year students may apply).

 Good understanding of Python fundamentals (data structures, OOP, functions, modules).

 Familiarity with any Python framework like Django or Flask is a plus.

 Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, SQL, or APIs is desirable.

 Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.

 Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and development environments.

Soft Skills:

 Good communication and interpersonal skills.

 Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

 Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow in a professional setup.
